우리 조직은 오랜 기다림끝에 최근 조선안에서 개혁개방 의지로 결성된 반독재 세력과 연대하는데 성공하였습니다. 그리하여 우리는 새로운 조선을 만든다는 목표아래 조직의 명칭을 변경하고 북조선 외부는 물론 내부에서도 함께 활동하는 것을 준비중에 있습니다.
우리의 최종 목표는 김정은 정권을 종식시키고 개혁과 개방의 새조선을 만들어 선조들이 꿈꿔왔던 인민을 위한 나라를 북조선 땅에 다시 세우는 것입니다.
우리는 100년 가까이 닫혔던 북조선 개혁의 문을 외부가 아닌 우리의 힘으로 안에서 부터 활짝 열고 밖에서 적극 호응할 것입니다.

After a long wait, our organization has recently succeeded in solidifying with the anti-dictatorship formed by the will to reform and open up in Joseon.
