We are a covert liberal democratic government in Pyongyang, and we are moving forward with the plan to permanently eliminate the name of Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and establish a new country called “Joseon.”
The DPRK is part of the United Nations, but it is no normal state. It lacks an ordinary government devoted to freedom, democracy, and human rights, and the leader is not chosen through the free will of the people. The DPRK is nothing more than a colony where a small group of criminals centered around the leader has seized control, forcing obedience from the people. We are determined to resist this abnormal phenomenon. We are comprised of secret fighters from all walks of life, from the capital to the provinces, who are committed to liberate the country unlawfully taken over by the current leader as well as the oppressed people.
Our primary objective is to bring an end to Kim family's hereditary power succession.
The family has accumulated wealth and prosperity for three generations, while the people have endured generations of enslavement and suffering. Now, Kim Jong-un is even engaging his pre-teen daughter into his clownish antics, which is bringing about contempt and anger among the people. The new government is established to honor the wishes of these people as well as of the heaven. We are ready to lay down our lives to put an end to Kim family's hereditary power succession.
The name of the new country is Joseon.
We are declaring a life-and-death war against the dictator to bring freedom and prosperity to the people of the DPRK, not to be controlled by the Republic of Korea. Our foremost objective is break free from the Kim family’s rule and let the people take charge. We want the new country to become a self-sustaining state characterized by normalcy. Discussions about unification will come later. True unification is a commitment to equitable interactions and equality. Joseon will be formed with borders along the current armistice line overseen by the United Nations Peacekeeping Forces.
Free Democratic Party (FDP) is the name of the very first party in the new government of Joseon. The Kim Jong-un regime is talking about despicable tactics to undermine, distort, manipulate, and eradicate the FDP, but we know that his rhetoric stems from fear. The name FDP is already widely recognized and is garnering admiration and steadfast support from many people of the DPRK, as it embodies their hopes and dreams.
The Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) operates as a system of monolithic leadership, enforcing obedience over both the body and mind of the people. The FDP, however, is a system of anti-monolithic leadership, and it take root in the hearts of the people. With this in mind, Joseon will be established to serve the interests of both the state and its citizens, with the welfare of the people as its primary political objective.
In the political reform within Joseon, the only individual that will be purged is Kim Jong-un. Throughout the three generations of brutal dictatorship, the elites have been scapegoated just as much as the people. These elites are adept logicians, and they know better than anyone that places the individual above the state is abnormal and irrational. To move towards reform and opening up, we need to accept all individuals, good or bad.
Following the removal of the leader, the current state management system and the positions of the elites will be maintained, but only if they join the FDP. This is the only way to pursue an orderly political reform; we will commence with stable management and progress gradually towards institutional adaptation and change.
We will make Joseon become the most open and prosperous state worldwide. Embracing reform and opening up is the only way for Joseon to break free from the confines of a weak state and ascend to the ranks of a world-leading nation. As descendants of Goguryeo, a once-dominant global power, we are committed to bold and unwavering reform and opening up efforts in this new, liberated nation.
Joseonwill acknowledge only individuals' current residences as privately owned assets, and the rest of its territory will be fully accessible to global corporations and foreign investors. Joseon will offer the world's lowest taxes, the most favorable investment conditions, and the most extensive legal protections for personal freedoms. It will become a destination coveted by people worldwide.

The world is being deceived by Kim Jong-un’s blusters. But we must remember that even the slightest glimmer of truth in the darkness created by the hypocrisy and deceits of a leader carries destructive power. Kim Jong-un trembles inside with fear, but, at the same time, he is emboldened by the naiveness shown by international politics, which attempts to address the issues of nuclear weapons and human rights through dialogue. We therefore believe more in people’s innate sense of justice than in the self-serving calculations of multinational politics.

We have worked hard for the past few years to build strong connections with international organizations. They have helped us in the urgent escape of DPRK officials abroad, and set up a liaison system to deliver news from within the DPRK to the outside world. The emblem signifying the initiatives of the new government is the English letter N, a symbol that can be recognized universally. The letter N represents the Newly-established Joseon and, at the same time, symbolizes the end of the Kim family (i.e., NO three Kims, NO Kim Jong-un). It will undoubtedly become a symbol more powerful than the name Kim Jong-unin the future, both inside and outside of Joseon.
